Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how this service handles information when you use it. It describes how the service works today. We will update this page if the way we handle information changes.

What we collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other account details.

When you use the Create pages, the text you type is sent to our server so that we can create a project plan. When you approve a plan, the approved plan is sent to our server to build the Scratch project file.

Please do not enter personal information in your project descriptions. This includes your full name, home address, phone number, email address, passwords, school name, or other information that could identify you or someone else.

What we store on our side

The application does not save your project descriptions, plans, or generated project files in a database.

Like most websites, the servers and hosting services that operate the site may temporarily process or retain standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and the date and time of a request. This information may be used for security, preventing abuse, troubleshooting, and keeping the service reliable.

We do not use these technical logs to create personal profiles of users.

What is stored in your browser

To let you move between steps without losing your work, your project description, project plan, and generated project file are saved in your browser's local storage and IndexedDB on your device.

This information is stored on your device rather than in our project database.

You can remove this information by choosing "Create another project", using the clear option on the review page, or clearing this site's data in your browser.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies, use analytics services, or display advertising.

If we add analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy to explain how they work and what information they may collect. Where required by applicable law, we will also provide appropriate notice and obtain consent.

Because this service is intended for young users, we will configure advertising and analytics services in accordance with applicable children's and teen privacy requirements and the policies of those services.

Third-party AI providers

Project plans are currently created using our own fixed rules. Your project descriptions are not currently sent to third-party AI providers.

If we begin using a third-party AI provider to process project descriptions, we will update this Privacy Policy to explain this before making that change.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or allow access to information when necessary to operate, secure, or maintain the service. For example, our hosting or infrastructure providers may process technical information when delivering the website and its services.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or property of the service and its users.

Children's privacy

This service is designed for young Scratch users, including children and teenagers.

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. The service does not require an account and does not ask users to provide their name, email address, phone number, home address, or other identifying information in order to create a project.

Users should never enter personal information about themselves or another person into a project description.

Children should talk with a parent or legal guardian if they have questions about using the service or sharing information online.

Parents and guardians can contact us using the Contact page if they have questions about this Privacy Policy or believe that a child has provided personal information to us.

Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the service, please contact us through the Contact page.

We will review your request and, where applicable, take reasonable steps to identify and delete personal information that we are required to remove.

Your rights and deletion

Because we do not require user accounts and do not store project descriptions, plans, or generated files in a database, most project data remains under your control on your own device.

You can delete locally stored project data using the options described in the "What is stored in your browser" section above.

Depending on where you live, you may also have additional privacy rights. To ask a privacy question or make a privacy request, contact us through the Contact page.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the service. Connections to the service are protected using HTTPS, and access to service systems is limited where appropriate.

No internet service can guarantee that information will always be completely secure.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, the information we collect, or applicable legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
